On Friday, May 31st 2024, Directorate of Drug Registration held a hybrid Public Consultation Forum with the theme of “Movement to Affirm the Strength of Standards for Drug Registration Services that Serve from the Heart” (Gelar KARPET MERAH).
In this forum, Directorate of Drug Registration invited public service users, DI Yogyakarta Ombudsman, Yogyakarta Health Service Providers, GPFI, and Radar Jogja to review public service standards that directed by Directorate of Drug Registration.
Apart from that, Directorate of Drug Registration also invited the Director of the Center for Improving Qualified Activity in Life (CIQAL) Foundation, who was attended by Mrs. Dwisuka Sulistyaningsih to provide input on facilities and infrastructure for service users from disability groups. This is an ongoing effort by the Directorate of Drug Registration to continue increase the accessibility for disabled groups in obtaining public services at the Directorate of Drug Registration. In providing public services, Directorate of Drug Registration is committed to providing quality services to the public in accordance with applicable laws and standard operating procedures.
